Guarantee and Restringing

Each Love by E piece is hand-crafted and made with care. Some pieces are more delicate than others.

What makes a piece more delicate:

  • Thickness of the thread (determined by the beads)
  • Materials used (some pendants tend to chew the thread, usually the teardrop-shaped plain gemstone pendants are the worst at this)
  • Care (water/sweat will weaken the thread, as will pulling on the piece).

Your mala is guaranteed for one year, any breaks that happen within that time will be mended free of charge.

Pieces made with precious metal wire or chain are guaranteed for three months.

If your piece is no longer covered by the guarantee, I can mend it for you for a small charge. Pricing will vary per repair.

Shipping

Most orders ship within 7 business days of purchasing, but may take up to 10 business days. Shipping is free within the Continental United States via First Class Mail. For international shipping please contact me prior to order. If you'd like to have your order upgraded or rush delivered please discuss with me before ordering.

Returns

Items purchased from the online store may be returned for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. If you would like to return or exchange an item you received contact me as soon as possible.

Rarely, items are damaged during shipping. If you receive a damaged piece contact me immediately upon receiving the piece. Damaged pieces may be returned for repair/replacement or a refund. In order to receive a refund, damaged pieces must be returned to me.

There are no returns on custom orders.
