Returns and Exchanges

Here at Love Headquarters we pride ourselves on years of happy customers, returns are very rare, but we understand things can happen!

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please let us know within 48 hours of receiving your package.  Your purchase must be shipped back unworn and in the original packaging in order to be returned.

More than 48 hours later? No problem, you can exchange any unworn jewelry in it's original packaging for up to 30 days from receipt of your package. Exchange for an item of equal value or an account credit towards a future purchase.

Unfortunately we are not able to accept returns or exchanges on jewelry that has been worn or damaged, or jewelry that is missing it's original packaging. Please see our guarantee below for information regarding damaged items.


Returns:

  • Email us to begin the return process within 48 hours of receiving your package.
  • Email elizabeth@love-by-e.com and please allow up to three business days for a response.
  • Returns are issued in the same form of payment used in your original purchase without exception.
  • You will receive further information for returning your purchase after emailing.


Exchanges:

  • Unworn jewelry in it's original packaging can be exchanged for up to 30 days from receipt of purchase.
  • To begin an exchange email elizabeth@love-by-e.com, you will receive a response within three business days


Exemptions from Returns and Exchanges:

  • Custom orders were created just for you and can not be returned or exchanged for any reason. You will receive plenty of communication and pictures of your piece before it is created and shipped out for you. If your piece arrives damaged or in any way not what you expected, contact us immediately to discuss options.
  • Sale items are final sale, please consider your purchase carefully.

 

Guarantees and Repairs

 

  • Every Love by E piece is handmade in Brooklyn, NY with love and care
  • We offer repairs on all jewelry not covered by guarantee for an additional fee. This fee depends on the repair, the cost of necessary materials, the time and skill level required to complete the repair.
  • We do not offer repair services for any jewelry that was not purchased from Love by E
  • All Mala Beads are covered for 1 year from purchase. If your mala breaks within your first year of owning it, we will restring it free of charge. This does not cover lost or damaged materials (beads, pendants, etc.)
  • Crystal Necklaces and other metal jewelry is covered for 3 months with normal wear* Please wear your wire wrapped jewelry with care as it is delicate.
  • To request a repair for jewelry covered by guarantee or otherwise please email elizabeth@love-by-e.com

*normal wear means that you have not worn your jewelry while swimming, in the shower, exercising or sleeping. It also means that your jewelry was not damaged by pulling or snagging. 

 

Shipping

  • If you require your order by a specific date, please contact me ASAP to ensure this is possible for the items you've chosen.
  • Most orders ship within 5 business days of purchasing, but may take up to 10 business days. Shipping is free within the Continental United States via First Class Mail. 
  • Please contact elizabeth@love-by-e.com with any questions regarding international or express shipping. 
  • Customer is responsible for any and all fees due to customs, Love by E is not responsible for packages lost or returned due to unpaid customs.
