Here at Love Headquarters we pride ourselves on years of happy customers, returns are very rare, but we understand things can happen!
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please let us know within 48 hours of receiving your package. Your purchase must be shipped back unworn and in the original packaging in order to be returned.
More than 48 hours later? No problem, you can exchange any unworn jewelry in it's original packaging for up to 30 days from receipt of your package. Exchange for an item of equal value or an account credit towards a future purchase.
Unfortunately we are not able to accept returns or exchanges on jewelry that has been worn or damaged, or jewelry that is missing it's original packaging. Please see our guarantee below for information regarding damaged items.
- Email us to begin the return process within 48 hours of receiving your package.
- Email firstname.lastname@example.org and please allow up to three business days for a response.
- Returns are issued in the same form of payment used in your original purchase without exception.
- You will receive further information for returning your purchase after emailing.
- Unworn jewelry in it's original packaging can be exchanged for up to 30 days from receipt of purchase.

Exemptions from Returns and Exchanges:
- Custom orders were created just for you and can not be returned or exchanged for any reason. You will receive plenty of communication and pictures of your piece before it is created and shipped out for you. If your piece arrives damaged or in any way not what you expected, contact us immediately to discuss options.
